HANAFY AS A CONCEPT OF LEADERSHIP FOR 2019 STUDENT UNION LEVEL

HANAFY is defined as ‘the process in which an individual influences the group of individuals to attain a common goal’. The goal is attained by mutual cooperation and cohesive behaviour. HANAFY is a leader that infuses a sense of positivity and directs others to reach the specified goal.

Hanafy is someone who stands not only for his cause but takes responsibility and motivates other individuals also. There is a clear difference between being a boss and a leader. 

HANAFY is a motivation for others and inspires individuals to aim high and attain that aim.

HANAFY showcases a positive attitude and high self esteem. He assertively works towards the goal but never gets pushy for it. A continuous self study, training, evaluation and imbibing positive things in life develop the characteristics of a leader. 

HANAFY is a leader who does not only reacts positively but also helps the students to see the brighter side of their goals.
Proficiency in subject is the main driving force of HANAFY . 

HANAFY always executes the things effectively. He works as a team and team welfare is his primary goal. HANAFY is looked upon by his subordinates critically also.

HANAFY is a man of high moral values and integrity who can only become a good leader.
